Band Festival Football Field Cleanup - Wednesday, October 01, 2014
As in the past, we will cleanup the field immediately after the conclusion of the festival. Plan to arrive around 9:00 PM so we can hit the ground running when the festival ends (usually between 9:00-9:30 pm). While we encourage as many Scouts, parents, and siblings to assist with this event, we understand that some Scouts may have conflicting commitments that may prevent them from attending the cleanup (homework, chores, practice, sleep, etc.). To clarify, for this event only, parents are allowed to assist in the cleanup with credit going to their absent Scout. IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES will multiple family members earn a Scout more than 1 FTE, so to speak. If further clarification is needed, please contact me.
